🇳🇦 HyCooker Workshop and Demonstration at NUST Namibia – September 8, 2025
Impact Hydrogen, in collaboration with the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST Namibia), will host a dedicated HyCooker Workshop and Demonstration on September 8, 2025 in Windhoek.
The event will showcase the HyCooker, a hydrogen-powered clean cooking stove developed to support safe, efficient, and sustainable cooking in emerging energy markets. This session forms part of an ongoing dialogue between hydrogen innovation and practical, community-based applications in clean cooking.
The workshop will highlight:
- A live demonstration of the HyCooker, including a hydrogen flame test for integration into the NUST research curriculum
- A formal presentation on the development, safety features, and regulatory context of the HyCooker
- Discussions on the intersection of clean cooking technologies and hydrogen energy solutions in Namibia and beyondParticipants will include stakeholders from the hydrogen sector, clean cooking initiatives, academia, and regulatory institutions.
