HyCooker and Vision Mechatronics Strengthen Cooperation at the World Hydrogen Summit
On May 19, 2026, during the World Hydrogen Summit in Rotterdam, HyCooker B.V. and Vision Mechatronics Private Limited will mark an important milestone in their cooperation for the further development and commercial roll-out of the HyCooker.
The HyCooker is a hydrogen-powered cooking device designed to support the transition toward cleaner, practical and scalable energy solutions for everyday use. By combining HyCooker’s product vision and intellectual property with Vision Mechatronics’ expertise in manufacturing, sales and international market development, both companies aim to accelerate the introduction of hydrogen-based cooking solutions to global markets.
The cooperation agreement confirms the shared ambition to further develop, manufacture, market and commercialize the HyCooker, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, technical performance and responsible hydrogen use. The existing cooperation agreement grants Vision Mechatronics the right to manufacture, market and sell the HyCooker globally, while HyCooker B.V. retains the intellectual property rights related to the product.
The signing moment in Rotterdam will be represented by Ms. Rashi Gupta, Managing Director of Vision Mechatronics Private Limited, and Ms. Agustina Ravotti, Project Lead at HyCooker B.V.
This occasion reflects more than a formal agreement. It represents a Dutch-Indian partnership focused on bringing practical hydrogen applications closer to households, businesses and communities.
